It starts with the Cycle Breaker Call with Manisha. Tell her what postpartum has been like, and leave knowing your next step.

Why do I keep snapping when I know better?

Why didn't years of therapy change it?

What would actually make it stop?

The Cycle Breaker Call starts with all three.

Who is Manisha

Manisha Gandhi, LCSW

Manisha is a therapist and a mom of two. When postpartum hit after her daughters were born, she felt alone, judged, and like she was never enough. She knows that feeling from the inside. She specializes in EMDR, a therapy that finds the childhood memory where the snapping started and works through it, instead of just talking about it for years. Working through one issue often takes five or six sessions.

How it works

The Cycle Breaker Call. You tell Manisha what postpartum has been like.

Together you trace the snapping back to where it actually started.

Then EMDR works through it, so the reaction itself can change.

This is for moms who are done managing the snapping and ready to resolve it.

You're not a bad mom. Your body is just still reacting like you're six years old.
